1. The Services We Provide
• Web Hosting: We provide server space and server maintenance to keep your website live on the internet. While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service due to necessary maintenance or external network issues.
• Domain Registration: We act as an intermediary between you and domain registries (like ICANN) to register domain names. Registration is subject to availability and the rules of the respective domain authority.
• Website Design: We will build a website to your specifications and not make it live until you are fully satisfied. We will then send the agreed invoice.
• Internet Marketing: We can help with various types of internet marketing at a pre-agreed price and individual terms.
2. Customer Responsibilities
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.
• Lawful Use Only: You agree to use our hosting services only for legal purposes. You may not host, upload, or link to material that is illegal, defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains viruses or malware.
• Resource Usage: If your site uses an excessive amount of server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) that negatively impacts other users on our shared network, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your site or request an upgrade.
3. Domains, Renewals, and Ownership
• Ownership: Once registered and paid for, you are the legal owner of the domain name for the duration of the registration period.
• Renewals: It is your responsibility to ensure your domain and hosting services are renewed before they expire. If a domain expires, it may be released back to the public or require a high redemption fee to recover. We are not liable for lost domains due to failed payments or missed renewal alerts.
4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
• Billing: All services must be paid for in advance.(Except web design)
• Cancellations: You can cancel your services at any time via your account dashboard.
• Refunds: Web hosting services may include a 15-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Domain name registrations are strictly non-refundable once processed, as registries charge us immediately.
5. Backups and Data Loss
• Your Data, Your Responsibility: While we may run routine server backups for disaster recovery, we do not guarantee the safety of your website data. You must maintain independent, regular backups of your own files and databases. We are not liable for any lost files, data corruption, or business downtime.
6. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use) arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination of Service
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you breach any part of these terms (e.g., non-payment, hosting illegal content, or causing server disruptions).
8. Changes to These Terms
• We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. We will notify you of any major updates by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
